With reference to clause 4.6 e(i), the 4th amendment of Electricity Supply Code-2005
LT loads up to 50 KW shall be developed by the licensee only, for which no supervision charges shall be applicable.
Supervision charges should not be charged for the PTW (LMV5) connection of up to 50 KW.
