respected sir,
there are lot of confusion regarding to capacitor charge.
1. to which category consumer capacitor/lpf charge applied
2. is there any load criteria for both type of charge
3. in bill revision if there are capacitor charge  in random 6 months out of 15 months. how to calculate capacitor charge
on whole month or any other concept regarding this.

and one more thing if a consumer of lmv 6 having contracted load below 10 kw.
in revision what will be unit base for revision kwh or kvah.
plz help me regarding this.
