Revised bill of 92 months
Sudden bill of 92 months generated when I was already paying the bill monthly.
While revising SDO made many mistakes in entering the values manually.
Didn't apply multi-tariff and didn't include previous payments.
Generated bill is irrational and arbitrary. How can you calculate units of 92 months without credible source.
Why officers were sleeping for 92 months to this day.
UPPCL is accountable for their lethargy and revenue loss. Causing injustice and emotional distress to consumers.

If bill is already revised and it is not satisfactory. You should reach to the higher level officers. Like your concerning EE, SE. Because, if you raise your online complaints. It may be responded as bill already revised.

1. Arrear, reading
2. Current read and maximum demand
3. Payment made in between.
4. Sanctioned load and supply type

I am unable to verify manual readings which were taken.
I have tried to calculate your bill with multi-tariff with the information shared on your bill.
It is 92 months bill of 50658 units.
Kindly take a look.
You may ask for few clarification?
1. Your current reading is 48363. But how could consumption is possible 50658? It might be possible, if meter was changed in between.
2. I have not considered your payment. So, you may reduce the payment you have made.
3. Department was issuing a provisional bill. If you were paying that amount. Late payment amount will not be charged. As you can find the late payment surcharge is too high in 92 months. You may reduce this amount of 249914/-
You may visit your office and ask for calculation part of your bill. it is your right.
Meter was not changed in this period.
Can DISCOM provide me the initial reading with date or month wise consumption for the whole period?
Usually assessment bill was of 134 unit but in October 2019 assessment reading was 403 unit which I paid also paid (consumption pattern is not same throughout 92 months) Reading like this have come several times in 92 months which are not considered in revising.
Spoke to SDO & EE in this regard.
EE agreed on discrepancies in manual calculation but SDO remained resolute.
The increment shown in monthly consumed unit is impractical as units shoot up to 1300-1400 units monthly when there are only 2 people living in the house for past 3 years.
Should I go for meter check process for fast meter and then take the average?
If their was accurate monthly bill problem wouldn't have aroused in the first place.
For now, stored reading seems to be unrealistic.
Yes, you may go for meter test. But, won't give you advantage for the whole period. Only 3 months back will be considered after claim.
You should focus on late payment surcharge calculation. If meter was not changed in between, how could consumption be more than final reading?
Yes, your local officer must have initial reading. He could check it from the system
@nishant SDO not revising the bill on Multi-tariff basis even after visiting in person.
