Payment says "invalid details"

Dear Bijli Babu team,

I'm trying to pay my January bill via PhonePe, Paytm, UP PCL payment site and each time I get the response that the details are invalid.

I have been paying regularly using the UPI apps and this is the first time that I am facing this.


Kindly help me with this.
