Overwatch 2 Fan Shares Amazing Teen Titans Collaboration Concept

An Overwatch 2 fan has unveiled an impressive Teen Titans crossover concept, featuring unique skins for characters like Genji, Venture, and more. Overwatch 2 has already seen several collaborations, but this concept could be the most exciting integration of DC Comics' universe yet.

Collaborations have become a popular trend in gaming, keeping players engaged in titles like Fortnite, Call of Duty, and Minecraft. Although the original Overwatch primarily stayed within Blizzard's intellectual properties, with the notable exception of the LEGO Bastion skin, Overwatch 2 has expanded its collaborations, including partnerships with One-Punch Man, Porsche, My Hero Academia, and Transformers. These partnerships have allowed players to step into the battlefield as characters like All Might, Optimus Prime, and a D.Va mech inspired by the Macan Turbo. Now, one fan has imagined a Teen Titans crossover with Overwatch 2, featuring iconic DC Comics characters.

Reddit user PaperMacheteMisfit recently shared two images showcasing their Teen Titans/Overwatch 2 concept. The crossover includes Genji as Slade, Illari as Starfire, Moira as Raven, Sojourn as Cyborg, and Venture as Terra. Notably, the Raven Moira, Cyborg Sojourn, and Starfire Illari skins emphasize how the superhero powers could be integrated into their designs, while Genji and Venture seem perfectly suited for this collaboration. Slade, also known as Deathstroke, is the primary antagonist from the 2003 Teen Titans series, making him a fitting choice as the only villain included in this concept.

In addition to these skin designs, PaperMacheteMisfit hinted at working on further concepts like Junkrat as Beast Boy, Pharah as Blackfire, Ramattra as Trigon, and Soldier 76 as both Robin and Nightwing. Although Overwatch 2 hasn’t featured any DC heroes yet, this idea has potential, given DC Comics' history with gaming collaborations. Titles like Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe and the LEGO Batman series are prime examples of successful DC crossovers. Moreover, DC characters like Beast Boy, Raven, and Starfire are already part of Fortnite, alongside Batman and Superman. With the success of these crossovers, there's a chance that Overwatch 2 could adapt its maps for a Teen Titans event if this concept ever comes to life.
