All Smart meters are prepaid or some are postpaid?

I am a PVVNL consumer and my meter was recently changed to Smart meter but i am not sure if its prepaid or postpaid.I some times get random amount messages liek 1000 rs , 300 rs , 1600 rs which i pay reguarly so , how to cnfirm ki my is not prepaid. ( 348
