Assessment in 2 cable

Sir what will be assessment in case of 2 cable
One directly connected in consumer premise and other through meter .what will be the factor of assessment 1 or 0.3.
Fir section is 135 1(A) meter bypass

Let us analyze the scenario:

  • If the inspecting officer can clearly identify which appliances are connected to the direct cable, then the assessment will be based only on those appliances, using a factor of 1.
  • If the officer cannot determine the exact appliances connected to the direct cable, the assessment will be done for all appliances in the premises, using a factor of 0.3.

For example:

  • If the direct cable is connected only to an AC (1.5 kW), the assessment will be based on 1.5 kW with a factor of 1.
  • If the officer cannot trace the exact appliances and the total load in the premises (including AC, fridge, lights, fan, TV, washing machine, etc.) is 6 kW, the assessment will be based on 6 kW with a factor of 0.3.
