Assessment in 2 cable

Sir what will be assessment in case of 2 cable
One directly connected in consumer premise and other through meter .what will be the factor of assessment 1 or 0.3.
Fir section is 135 1(A) meter bypass

Let us analyze the scenario:

  • If the inspecting officer can clearly identify which appliances are connected to the direct cable, then the assessment will be based only on those appliances, using a factor of 1.
  • If the officer cannot determine the exact appliances connected to the direct cable, the assessment will be done for all appliances in the premises, using a factor of 0.3.

For example:

  • If the direct cable is connected only to an AC (1.5 kW), the assessment will be based on 1.5 kW with a factor of 1.
  • If the officer cannot trace the exact appliances and the total load in the premises (including AC, fridge, lights, fan, TV, washing machine, etc.) is 6 kW, the assessment will be based on 6 kW with a factor of 0.3.

परन्तु सर एक आदेश संख्या 685 दिनांक 31.03.2023 है जिसके बिंदु संख्या 4 मे अंकित है कि जो व्यक्ति नियमित उपभोक्ता नही है  है और उसके परिसर मे चोरी पायी जाती है तो Factor 1 लिया जाएगा और यदि व्यक्ति नियमित सयोजकधारक है और उसके परिसर मे चोरी पायी जाती है तो सप्लाई कोड 6.3 के अनुसार Factor लिया जाये
तो सर ऐसी Situation मे यदि 2 केबल पायी जाती है एक डायरेक्ट चल रही है और एक मीटर से है और चेकिंग रिपोर्ट मे स्पष्ट लिखा है कि अतिरिक्त केबल से पंखा बत्ती मोटर चल रहा है तो क्या लोड फैक्टर 1 लेंगे या 0.3 लेंगे ?
