छोटे बिजली चोरी करने वाले लोगों को सरकार ने 31-जनवरी-2019 तक एक मौका देने का फैसला लिया है |

इस योजना के अंतर्गत 1 KW तक की चोरी पकड़े जाने पर मुकदमा दर्ज नहीं कराया जाएगा और ना ही कोई अर्थदण्ड लिया जाएगा,
अगर उनके द्वारा संयोजन हेतु आवश्यक धनराशि जमा करा दिया जाए | ध्यान रहे, यह योजना केवल 31-जनवरी-2019 तक लागू है |

इस योजना के लिए निम्नलिखित शर्त प्रतिबंधित है -

यह सिर्फ घरेलू श्रेणी के लिए है |
शहरी और ग्रामीण दोनों क्षेत्रो के लिए है |
केवल 1 KW तक की चोरी पर लागू है |
संयोजन 40 meter की दूरी से ज्यादा नहीं दिया जा सकता है |
संयोजन पूर्व से बकाए वाले परिसर पर नहीं निर्गत किया जा सकता है |
न्यायालय मे विवादित परिसर पर संयोजन नहीं दिया जा सकता है |

The following condition is restricted for this scheme -

This is only for the domestic use.
Applies to both urban and rural areas.
Applies only to theft of up to 1 KW.
Connection can not be given more than 40 meters away.
Connection can't be given to the premises, where already electricity dues exists.
Connection can't be released on disputed premises in court.

The government has decided to give an opportunity till January 31, 2019 , to those who have committed small power theft.

Remove the katiya, Get Electricity Connection

Under this scheme, a case will not be filed for theft of upto 1 KW and no penalty will be taken,
if the funds required for the combination are deposited by them. Keep in mind, this scheme is applicable only till 31st January, 2019.
