Regarding fixcharge
Hello sir this regarding taking fixcharge in theft FIR of 135B suppose if consumer have connection instead of it he/she using electricity with using another cable before meter and j.e give checking of total connected load in his premise if we made assement manually no fixcharge will be taken but on this web page during calculating assement fixcharge will be included in it what is actual rule or it is web page error

In the case of direct theft/135A only, Fixed charges need not to charge.
But, fixed charges need to charge for all other offenses as they are our consumers.

Check meter is nothing but an additional reference meter to cross check the accuracy of existing meter.
- If existing meter has no issues- no bill revision required.
- If existing meter is found fast - a bill revision will be carried out prior to 3 months since consumer claimed (requested for check meter). Bill will be revised as per actual reading considering fast percentages.
- If existing meter is found slow - there could be two possibilities
- If consumer has requested - then bill revision will be done for last 3 months since requested by considering the slow percentages.
- If department checked - it will be treated as theft of electricity. So, could be treated as offence in section 135 or 126. Bill revision (assessment) will be done for the entire period of theft. If period is not able to decide, default period is 12 months. Charges will be two times of existing tariff as suggested in 126.

Thanks sir for guiding us but there is some rule where senoirs say that on behalf of check meter you should revise bill from effective date of old meter not the date of porior 3months of check meter also in case where bill is idf or made from assed units
