Self bill generation
What will happen if I generate my own bill and the meter person also comes after 4-5 days and generate the bill ?. Bills will clash. Please answer sir.

The basic concept is
Bill could be generated once in a month.
Meter reader and self bill generation, both accept meter read and give you a temporary bill. Finally, they get connected with actual database periodically (generally in night).
तो जो भी पहले डाटाबेस से कनेक्ट होगा वही फाइनल हो जाएगा और बाद वाला रिजेक्ट।
आपके केस में अगर 4 दिन बाद मीटर रीडर आया है तो निश्चित रूप से ये रिजेक्ट हो जाएगा।
