Assessment Calculator is our web application to calculate Penalty Amount to be paid for the offence of Electricity Theft/Unauthorized use of Electricity.

How to Use it?

  • Select the sections under which the offence is defined.
  • then, choose the supply type, it defines the type of electricity usage.
  • Enter the FIR details & Offender's Details to generate the notice. These details are not required for calculations.
So, if you do not want to generate the Notice, skip this step.
  • Now select the Checking Date.
Assessment start date will be automatically filled as a year before. But, we may change it, if required.

Assessment start date should be the date, when offence started.
But, if no enough evidence, assessment period should be 12 months.

  • Average Supply Hours on that particular feeder should be entered in HH:MM format.
  • Enter the Connected Load

You are done. Now, click Download PDF

Advanced Panel

  • You may click the Expand button to show the Advanced Load Panel.
This panel allows you to enter different Periods, Hours for different item

Notice Button

  • You may  Turn ON the notice button to generate the notice.
  • You may choose the Meter Read option for the Wrong tariff, wrong premises
where accurate meter read is available and no need to go for LFHD.

you may calculate it by using our app Assessment Calculator.  Assessment amount is approx 85000 with the assumption that it is 1.5KW and theft is being done since last year.
please find the details below.

a rural unmetered tariff is 13. you should go for it.  but, UPPCL already instructed for the 100% metering. So, No unmetered consumer should exist. If so, you need to install the meter first and then revise them accordingly.
Before meter, ST 13
After Meter ST 17
