Password Recovery problem(Rural consumer)

I am a rural consumer of UPPCL, I have forgotten my login password!
Despite trying many times I am not receiving my password on my registered mobile number and email id.
OTP is received on mobile and after validating it uppcl website says that your password has been sent to your
Registered mobile number and email id but nothing is received! I had also sent mails regarding this matter to
uppclhelpdesk@outlook.com but getting no response from there.
Sir please help me in resetting my login password!
