Water pump used in household is assessed for 1:00 hours in a day. For any other categories, no special treatment. Means, hours will be assessed according to the supply given on the feeder.

jo jitna use use kar raha utna hi assessment banega toh chori aur bijli bill me kya difference reh jayega?
Assessment hamesha maximum possible case ke liye banta hai.

Sir other regularity ka assessment maximum kitne din ka Banta h. LMV1 to LMV2 Transfer ka assessment maximum kitne din ka Banta hai. Any Official Order send me.

There is nothing like maximum and minimum. The default period is 1 year. Means, period will always be the actual period of theft/irregularity being done. It could be 1 day or 10 years, considering the actual theft/irregularity period has evidence. If there are no evidence, period shall be 1 year.
