Cost Data Book 2016-17 (March 2016 - July 2019)

The 2016 edition of the Cost Data Book issued by the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (UPERC). This document specifies the charges to be recovered from prospective consumers for new electricity connections. It includes sections on Processing Fee, Security, System Loading Charge, and Line Charges. These regulations apply to all distribution licensees in Uttar Pradesh and were effective from March 3, 2016, remaining in effect until the next Cost Data Book was issued on July 8, 2019.
