Cost Data Book 2025-26 (January 2026 - Present)

The Cost Data Book (2026) issued by the UPERC, effective up to 12 January 2026. This document specifies the standardized charges payable by applicants for new or enhanced electricity supply, including processing fees, security deposits, metering charges, and line/supply-affording works. These rates are uniformly applicable to all electricity distribution licensees in Uttar Pradesh and serve as the prevailing reference for cost estimation and recovery.
