UP Electricity Tariff Rate Schedule 2006-07 (May 2007 – April 2008)

This is the official UPERC tariff order determining electricity rates for the Financial Year 2006-07, issued on May 10, 2007. Key changes included linking tariffs to average hours of supply and adding incentives for metering, using the FY 2004-05 rates as a base. Due to a review petition, a transitional tariff based on this order was implemented from August 13, 2007, and remained effective until replaced by the FY 2007-08 order issued in April 2008.
