UP Electricity Tariff Rate Schedule 2008-09 (April 2008 – March 2010)

This is official UPERC Rate Schedule detailing the approved electricity tariffs for the Financial Year 2008-09. The order was issued on April 15, 2008. These rates applied to all consumer categories (LMV and HV) across the state distribution companies (DISCOMs). The tariff became effective 7 days after publication (likely late April 2008) and remained in force until the FY 2009-10 tariff became effective on March 31, 2010.
