UP Electricity Tariff Rate Schedule 2009-10 (March 2010 – October 2012)

Official Rate Schedule from the UPERC detailing electricity tariffs for the Financial Year 2009-10. This schedule was determined by the order dated March 31, 2010 and applied to the four state DISCOMs (PVVNL, MVVNL, PuVVNL, DVVNL) , with provisional application to KESCO and NPCL. These tariffs were effective 7 days after publication (early April 2010) and remained in force until replaced by the FY 2010-11 tariff, which became effective around October 26, 2012.
