UP Electricity Tariff Rate Schedule 2012-13 (Oct 2012 – Jun 2013)

This is the UPERC order determining the Annual Revenue Requirement (ARR) for FY 2010-11, FY 2011-12, and the retail electricity tariff for FY 2012-13. Issued on October 19, 2012 , these tariffs were effective retrospectively from October 1, 2012. The order applied to MVVNL and likely other state DISCOMs. These rates remained in force until the FY 2013-14 order was effective from Jun 2013
