This is a special, non-public tariff category. It applies exclusively to the employees and pensioners of the electricity department (UPPCL and its successor entities) for their domestic electricity consumption
LMV-10 category has been discontinued by UPERC.
Now all departmental employees — including retired/voluntarily retired/deemed-retired — must take their electricity connection under LMV-1 (Domestic). This also applies to the spouse of such employees as per the latest tariff order.
