HV-3: Railway Traction, Metro Rail and Regional Rapid Transit System
This is a specialized high-voltage tariff for transportation. It applies to the high-load demands of the Indian Railways for their electric traction (trains) and to Metro Rail corporations for powering their trains and stations.
