It is working fine. Kindly try again. I assumed that theft took place in rural areas.
So, Use supply type 51. For an urban area, Supply Type 52.
Convert HP into KW. So, 2HP = 1.49 KW.

Assessment will be same. No changes in assessment.
But, compounding will not be accepted on second offence.

Assessment calculation will be make with six times??

Assessment is basically the estimated penalty to be imposed on the offenders.
Estimated consumption should be calculated by the LFHD formula.

Assessed Unit = LxFxHxD

Where,
L = Connected load
F = factor ( 1 for direct theft)
H = Average supply hours of feeder
D = No. of Days

The consumption so assessed shall be charged at two times the rate per unit of the tariff applicable to the consumer category.

It is not like

compounding charges nill on second offense

But, the department will not accept compounding after 2nd offense onwards. Offenders must have to go through the court case.
Kindly refer to Subsection 4 of Section 152. (Compounding of offenses): from The Electricity Act, 2003

in case of metered connection, no assessment.
Only demand penalty will be charged. Yes, connection could be disconnected immediately and load enhancement process could be initiated.

in case of unmetered, it could be treated as theft of balance load.
