Electricity Theft Assessment Cases Can Also Check Their Eligibility Online
Just like normal consumer accounts, theft assessment cases (जुर्माना / चोरी का प्रकरण) can also check their updated payable amount, relief, and settlement eligibility online.
Consumers involved in theft cases can visit the dedicated UPPCL portal: https://theft.uppcl.org:4443/Login.aspx

What is a Raid ID?
A Raid ID is a unique identification number generated by the electricity department (UPPCL) for every theft inspection conducted at a consumer’s premises. This ID is used in the UPPCL Raid Portal to save offence details, payable amount.
Raid IDs usually begin with prefixes such as: JE, PE, VE; for example - PEGZB14XXXXXX
Do Consumers Have Their Raid ID?
In most cases, consumers do not have their Raid ID with them. The ID is recorded by the department during the raid, but the consumer may not receive a copy.
If a consumer does not know their Raid ID, they must visit their nearest Electricity Distribution Office (EDD/SDO/JE office) to obtain it.

This allows the consumer to verify all details online without visiting the office, except when the Raid ID itself is unknown.
